Eel trap training
Wednesday 18 April 2012, 2:00pm
As part of an ongoing ZSL London Zoo research project, the critically endangered European eel (Anguilla anguilla) is being monitored in the Hogsmill River. Local volunteers are invited to partake in some citizen science by getting involved in checking the eel traps situated at Middle Mill campus.
This compulsory eel trap training event will enlighten you on the mysterious ways of the European eel, and equip you with all the knowledge needed to volunteer on this worthwhile project.
Venue: Kingston University, Knights Park, KT1 2QJ
