Carnival time in Kingston presented by IYAF- Kingston's streets will come alive with contemporary carnival performers, giant puppets and costumed performers. An outdoor stage at All Saints Church gardens will keep the party pumping with music provided by Kingston based music promotions company - Our Friends Records.
