With the advent of locally farmed freshwater sardines this is our chance to remember when Seething was famous for its Freshwater Sardine fishing industry and held its annual Festival to celebrate the first catch of the season. So join in the catch by the Thames in Seething, the procession and the barbacue in St Andrew's Square
