Statement of Primary Responsibilities
The Statement of Primary Responsibilities (SPR) is derived from the Articles of Government. The responsibilities listed in the SPR have a range of owners:
- some are the direct responsibility of the Board
- some are fulfilled through its committees
- others are carried out through the Vice-Chancellor
The Board of Governors endorsed the SPR at its meeting in January 2006. It will be further modified as work on Board effectiveness progresses.
