Kingston University committees

The Academic Board is the University's senior consultative committee for all academic matters, and has responsibility for these under the University's Articles of Government. 

The Senior Management Team (SMT) meet formally as a body on a regular basis and advise the Vice-Chancellor on the key strategic and operational issues facing the University. This body provides an authorised 'sign-off' point on high-level strategic issues.

The Operations Board meet formally at least five times a year. It supports the SMT in providing input and consultation over key issues of the implementation of strategic plans.
