Academic Quality and Standards Handbook 2012/13
The Academic Quality and Standards (AQS) Handbook 2012/13 has been designed so that the entire document can be downloaded and printed in its entirety (see link to the full AQS Handbook below). This provides colleagues with an interactive version of the handbook containing lots of useful links to internal and external information.
When downloading forms for use and submission, please make use of the links below which contain additional guidance to aid completion.
The handbook consists of 14 sections, including an introduction, which detail the University's principles and procedures for approving, monitoring and reviewing its courses, programmes and partnerships.
It should be noted, however, that in 2012/13 the University is undertaking a comprehensive review of its provision under the auspices of the Revised Academic Framework (RAF). During this time, some exceptional arrangements will be in place which are not described herewith. Please refer to the RAF webpage for further details of the exceptions and arrangements in place for the implementation of the RAF.
