Feedback

Feedback on the service is always welcome. Passengers can email the RATP-DEV London feedback team with any queries or suggestions as to how the bus services can be improved. Students and staff who wish to put forward proposals or take a more active role can apply to sit on the Bus Service User Group which meets termly and analyses data to continuously improve the service.

Provided by the University in partnership with London RATP-DEV, the KU fleet of seven low emission, hybrid buses provides an environmentally-friendly service to transport staff and students between all campus sites and halls of residence free of charge throughout the day and evening. The service does not run at weekends or over the two week Christmas break.
