75 Penrhyn Road is a larger block of 4 floors including communal areas/facilities which are shared by residents of all Penrhyn Road accommodations.

My favourite part was how modern the accommodation was at 75 Penrhyn Road and how close proximity-wise it was to the University. The walk I had to do took me less than a minute as it was right next to the Penrhyn Road campus.
