We are a first point of phone and email contact for students and staff who are experiencing difficulties with their computer systems, telecommunication systems or equipment in central teaching rooms.

 

Service Desk

The Service Desk supports central computers (and other hardware) and offers help and advice on the services, accounts, software and procedures supported by Information Services.

First line support in person is provided by LRC staff on each campus.
