1) Hang your favourite memory on the memory tree to win your gown hire

What do I need to do?

Choose a coloured tag that best represents your time at Kingston University and write on it a favourite memory of being a Kingston student.

Terms and conditions

  • To enter, you must be eligible to attend your graduation that will take place either between 21–28 July 2016 or 16–20 January 2017.
  • Entries must be made at the Operation Graduation event taking place between Monday 14 and Friday 18 March 2016.
  • By entering your agree to the University using your quote on social media or as part of a memory board.
  • Winners will be chosen at random.
  • Once the winners are drawn, you will be contacted via your Kingston University email address and your personal email address. You must email the graduations team (graduations@kingston.ac.uk) by Wednesday 13 April to claim your prize. If you do not contact us by this date you forfeit your prize and a new winner will be drawn.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred, changed or returned.
  • The graduations team reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and/or the rules without notice for any event that is outside of reasonable control.
  • Any changes to the rules, or cancellation of the competition, will be posted on the Kingston University Graduations: Class of 2016 Facebook page and it is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the rules.

2) Tag your yourself in the photo booth to win your official photography package

What do I need to do?

Take part in our 'Class of 2016' photo booth by posing with props on your own or with your mates. We will be uploading the photos from the roadshow onto the Kingston University Graduations: Class of 2016 Facebook page. Like our page and tag yourself in the photo to enter.

  • You must tag yourself in the photo uploaded to the Kingston University Graduations: Class of 2016 Facebook page in order to enter the competition.
  • By having your photo taken you agree to the University uploading it to our social media pages and using the photos as a part of a memory board.
  • Winners will be chosen at random.
  • Once the winners are picked, you will be contacted via your Facebook page and it will be announced on the Kingston University Graduations: Class of 2016 Facebook page. Please check your 'other' inbox.
  • You must email the graduations team (graduations@kingston.ac.uk) by Wednesday 13 April to claim your prize. If you do not contact us by this date you forfeit your prize and a new winner will be drawn.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred, changed or returned.

3) We're going on a bear hunt! #OperationBearHunt

What do I need to do?

Find the graduation bear around campus during Operation Graduation week and take a picture with him uploading it to Twitter or Instagram using #OperationBearHunt to be in with a chance of winning some graduation goodies including a Class of 2016 hoody, a scroll holder and of course the bear! One lucky winner could win all three!

  • Entries must be uploaded to Twitter or Instagram using the #OperationBearHunt hashtag and include the competition card found on campus
  • The winner will be drawn from random
  •  Once the winners are picked, we will reply to your tweet or comment on your photo on Instagram and they will be announced on the Kingston University Graduations: Class of 2016 Facebook page.
  • You must email the graduations team (graduations@kingston.ac.uk) by Wednesday 13 April to claim your prize. If you do not contact us by this date you forfeit your prize and a new winner will be drawn.
