Your ticket is free, tickets for family and friends are not. Either way, you must book all your tickets via OSIS once you have received an email from the graduations team.
You must book all your tickets by Wednesday 7 June 2017, 11.59pm (BST). There are no exceptions. You must book your tickets before this deadline even if you have not received your results yet.

Once you have booked your tickets, remember to order your gown.
You need to book your own graduation ticket and any guest tickets via OSIS.
Graduate tickets are free of charge. But you still have to book a ticket to attend your ceremony. Guest tickets are £23 per person (including VAT).

When you are booking you must provide details of any special requirements for you or your guests, such as mobility difficulties. If we don't know your requirements in advance, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to accommodate them on the day. You can also read access information for each venue.
Important: If you are purchasing guest tickets, the card holder must be present.
You will receive an invitation email from the graduations team confirming the date and time of your graduation ceremony.
You are advised not to make any travel or accommodation arrangements until you have received your invitation email and are sure you are eligible to attend your ceremony.
You must register your attendance before you receive your results.
The University cannot be held liable for any costs incurred for travel or accommodation made by graduates or guests.

You can buy two guest tickets initially.
Extra guest tickets – once we have assessed the amount of tickets available for each ceremony, extra tickets will be released a few days afterthe results are published on Wednesday 21 June. If there are any available to purchase online, we will advise you by email (and on this website). They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Extra guest tickets on the day – if there are any extra guests tickets available to purchase on the day of your ceremony, they will be £25 (cash only) and sold at the Rose Theatre, 90 minutes before the ceremony start time, on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can bring children, but the ceremony can last up to an hour and a half, so it's not advisable to bring very young children. Children cannot sit with graduates; they must sit with the guests. We ask that they're taken out of the auditorium if they disrupt the ceremony.
We also request that buggies and pushchairs are either left at home or checked into the Rose Theatre cloakroom free of charge.
You should receive two email confirmations: one to confirm your payment and another to confirm your booking giving further information about your graduation ceremony.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, it might be that the booking process wasn't completed. Please log back into OSIS and check that your booking is complete. If you are at all unsure and have any queries, please tell us immediately by completing our online query form.
After you have collected your gown and had your photographs taken at Surrey County Council, make sure you collect your tickets from the first floor of the Rose Theatre. Bring a print out or a digital copy of your email confirming your ticket order and some form of ID with you when you pick up your tickets.

Please note: Late arriving guests may be allocated seats in the Circle or Upper Circle levels no matter what the tickets state to minimise disruption to the ceremony.
We can only offer a refund if you do not achieve your award in time for your ceremony. Please do not purchase any guest tickets you may not require, as we cannot offer a refund in any other circumstances.
