We'd like to know what you've done and what you're doing now. It needn't be earth-shattering. News about yourself or other graduates is always going to be of interest to someone. And who knows, it might mark the start of a great conversation.

Also, it would be good to hear your memories of Kingston. It doesn't have to be an essay – we've all written enough of those! Just an email, maybe with a picture of you and your friends at Kingston.
