Certificates and transcripts
Replacement certificates, transcripts and general award information
This is where you request replacement certificates. There's a payment for some of the services offered, but that'll be made clear before you order.
Understandably, we're very busy during the graduation ceremonies (December to March). So requests received around that time will be processed within six weeks. At other times, a request will normally be processed within 15 working days.
You have three choices
Depending on when you graduated, there are three routes available:
1. If you graduated this year or in previous years but haven't attended graduation or received your certificate.
2. If you graduated from Kingston University after 1992, there are the following services:
- Duplicate/Replacement certificate
- Certified copy certificate
- Verification of award letter
- Duplicate transcript (2003 onwards)
- Certified copy transcript (2003 onwards)
- Verification of award letter for DOATAP
3. If you graduated from Kingston Polytechnic before 1992.
