Share your expertise

Think of all the things you'd like to have known before you started your career. Now's your chance to give Kingston students that knowledge. And make a real difference to their futures.

Professional input from outside the University is essential for the development of our students' futures and to help them take the big step from undergraduate to graduate. We want them to be as employable as possible. Especially given the current economic climate. And that's where you come in.

How you can help

We're looking for professionals in every field who are willing to do any of the following:

  • speak to students on a one-to-one and/or group basis, to help them make the transition to the world of work
  • share professional insights in lectures and forums – revealing the business and social realities of your field
  • contribute to advisory boards, helping to create up-to-date, relevant course material
  • provide careers counselling on-campus

How much time you are able or want to give is entirely up to you. Whatever you can do, it will make a real difference to the professional prospects of Kingston students.

Share your skills and knowledge. Please contact us now at alumni@kingston.ac.uk or alternatively you can update your details with us and mark your preferred way to help in the "How I can help Kingston University?" area.
