To obtain help and assistance in using ATR facilities:

Contact the LRC Helpdesk in the PC Area of the LRC in person or by calling 63355. The Centres at Penrhyn Road and Kingston Hill have telephones.

Log your enquiry over the Web, using the web browser and going to: This will display a web form for logging in to the helpdesk system. The Helpdesk team respond to these queries as quickly as they can, so it may be within the hour or within the same day.

Userguides for all the specialist software are available on this site, a link is situated in the main menu on the left hand side.
