Developing Career Potential

Careers Uncovered events

Careers Uncovered events are a suite of sector-specific recruitment fairs that allow you, as an employer, to raise your brand awareness on campus and to promote internships, placements, graduate schemes and entry-level roles.

These events are all free to attend and are well attended by Kingston's diverse talent pool.

We cover the following sectors:

  • public sector and charity;
  • media;
  • technology;
  • business and finance;
  • built environment;
  • leisure, hospitality and tourism;
  • engineering;
  • marketing, advertising and PR; and
  • sales.

To find out how to get involved in the careers uncovered events, please contact us.

Part-time, temporary and summer opportunities job fairs

The part-time jobs fair and the summer opportunities fair are a great way to promote casual and flexible work opportunities within your organisation.

Many of our students are commuters and are looking for opportunities across London and Surrey. A stand at our fairs costs a small fee and many employers sign up students on the day as ready-picked motivated and enthusiastic workers.

Diversity and inclusion events

Diversity is one of the core values of Kingston University. As a result, widening participation is at the heart of the development and success of the institution. Our diversity event portfolio invites employers to engage with target groups of Kingston's talent pool. Employers are encouraged to come onto campus, discuss hot topics and meet some of Kingston's finest.
