GIS Assistant, Thurrock Council (End: 2nd August 2009)
Thurrock is looking for a GIS Assistant to assist the GIS Team to support the continued maintenance and development of the corporate GIS infrastructure and services. The role will entail assisting in the development and support of PC based and intranet / internet GIS Applications; data capture and maintenance; production of maps and statistical information; GIS training; and the maintenance of corporate GIS standards. The role also assists with the delivery of the information management work programme within the Council.
