Car parking
If you are a blue badge holder or need accessible parking to enable you to attend the University, you may be eligible for a University disabled-parking permit.
What are the advantages of disabled-parking permits?
A permit will allow you to park in accessible parking bays on the site or sites where you are studying. If an accessible parking space cannot be found, security officers will try to assist. However, parking availability can be limited and is different on each site.
Permits should be prominently displayed on the car windscreen at all times.
How do I apply for a permit?
If you require a permit, apply to the Disability and Dyslexia Support Service, preferably before the start of the academic year.
Application forms are available at 53 Portland Road or email disability@kingston.ac.uk and we will send you one.
We will need you to submit your blue badge or supporting evidence from a GP to enable us to process your application for a permit.
