Disabled Student Network at Kingston University

The Disabled Student Network (DSN) is a community within the University for students who self-define as disabled, which includes students with long-term health conditions, mental health conditions, physical or sensory impairments and specific learning differences, such as dyslexia.

The Network is run in collaboration by students and staff from the Student Life Centre. Different events are put on each year such as welcome events, socials, DSN meetings and sounding boards. The aim is for students to:

  • get to know those in similar situations;
  • build a support network; and
  • give their views about their experiences at the University to improve services.

If you are coming to Kingston University please join the official Disabled Student Network Facebook group.

If you have any queries about the Disabled Student Network, please email us at disability@kingston.ac.uk.

To access support and advice please see the disability and mental health support team at the Student Life Centre.
