Personalisation in marketing communications - call for submissions

This one day workshop is hosted by Kingston Business School, in collaboration with the University of Northampton and the Academy of Marketing: Marketing Communications Special Interest Group (SIG). The objective of the workshop is to provide a platform for discussion and debate on the growth of personalisation in marketing communications and the opportunities and challenges that it brings to the marketing communications industry.
