Centre for Public Engagement Annual Conference 2016

Patient and public involvement in the development and delivery of health and social care services is a policy imperative.

  • But what makes for successful public and patient involvement in this process?
  • How do we measure that success?
  • And can improvement science help us better understand the contribution of patients and the public?

This conference will be a collaboration between leading organisations in service improvement and public engagement, social care service users, academics and professionals.  Each speaker will share their experiences of delivering and influencing services and reveal lessons learnt.
