The aim of the conference is to showcase research undertaken in the Faculty. It is a great opportunity for all academic staff and research students to come together, present their research, and exchange ideas for future research, research collaborations and publications and to get feedback to enhance the research quality.
Themes for the event are 'Contemporary Issues in Business' and 'Perspectives in Law'. Submission from Faculty staff and students are invited.
Papers should be submitted by 22 May 2017. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present.

Researcher of the Year will also be acknowledged at the event as nominated by the Faculty Research Committee for contribution over the last year. The winner will receive £500 to support their research activities.

An award for Best Doctoral Student Poster as nominated by delegates will be £100 of Amazon vouchers.
Staff can also present their paper(s) in poster(s).
Posters will be displayed in the atrium throughout the day and there will be several opportunities for participants to engage. Authors are expected to be available to discuss their work that is the topic of the poster during the poster sessions. Please use the poster template, available on request and make submissions by 22 May 2017.

Attendance at the 8th Annual Research Conference on 6 June is open to all, internal and external. The programme will be available on this page once it is finalised following closure of submissions.
