  • Coroners' duties
  • Private deprivations of liberty, and community DOLS
  • Children and young people, and parental consent
  • PJ and MM - the MHA interface
  • Court of Protection update

  • The importance of wishes and feelings
  • What happens when past and present wishes and feelings clash, or are uncertain?
