The Hammersmith and Fulham experience of reviewing and refining the role of social workers in adult social services

Three years ago Kingston University and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham collaborated on the design of a quality assurance framework, which the council has since applied systematically to quality assure its adult social work services.

This seminar will explore the standards the borough set for its social work services, the process by which social work services were reviewed, and the steps the council has taken consequently to protect and promote professional social work.

This event is FREE.
