Illiyin Morrison is a midwife, mother and hypnobirthing teacher with a passion for racial equity and advocacy in childbirth. Illiyin has facilitated five sold out masterclass sessions, teaching about cultural competency and bias in women's health to healthcare professionals, with the aim of helping all women and birthing people feel safe throughout their pregnancy and birth experiences and for birth workers to ensure they are facilitating this.

Please join us for this important informal session which will address issues around advocating for and challenges of caring for Black & Brown women in maternity services, amidst the current climate of racial inequalities.
