Performance Storytelling Session ‘Don’t Judge a Book By Its Cover’

The Iris Murdoch Archives in Kingston University's Special Collections are now a world-class resource on one of the most revered British novelists of the twentieth century. The acquisition of 270 letters from Murdoch to her friend, the philosopher Philippa Foot, catalogues a friendship that endured estrangement and heartache, yet lasted sixty years. The following events are connected with the project, 'Iris Murdoch and Philippa Foot: an Arc of Friendship', supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and run by the Centre for Iris Murdoch Studies at Kingston University.

Speaker: Belinda McKenna

Date: 28 June (time TBC)
Venue: The Rose Theatre, Kingston
