Employee engagement, health and wellbeing

Booking for this event has now closed.

The latest event in the Business Breakfast series aims to help organisations understand the importance of sustaining employee engagement, health and wellbeing. Why does it matter and why are line managers important? What do leaders and managers need to do to foster employee engagement, health and well-being?

The morning will begin with breakfast and networking, and round off with talks from two experts in the field.

The talks will discuss the importance of employee engagement, health and well-being from a legal, ethical and business perspective and how the combination of both is crucial to long-term sustainability of an organisation and its employees. The talks will further review recent research evidence that will provide a basis for the discussion of managerial techniques. Free-to-access tools for organisations to use will be highlighted.
