Work-life balance or work-impairment balance, which is more important to disabled graduates?

This seminar will investigate the current work-life balance literature and examine if work-life balance is an issue for disabled graduates. It will explore the new idea of a work-impairment balance, which has been shown to be more pertinent to disabled graduates. The seminar will close by examining the impact of a work-impairment balance on the disabled graduates career.
