Following the 2016 BA Graphic Design degree show, graduate Jackson Iredale was approached by top design agency Purpose and has since commenced an internship with them.
Fellow graduate Min Grainzevelles has used the experience she gained as the show's project manager to secure an internship at a gallery in Paris. Her ultimate aim is to work in curation and events. "The show was not only a celebration of the three years we all spent together, but also a critical opportunity to pitch our work and our ideas to the public - not just each other".
Their classmates succeeded in securing internships or freelance work with organisations like Catseye, Run for the Hills, Williams Murray Hill, and The Team.
DARE's funding went towards 1,000 copies of the show's printed programme, profiling the students and their work. The private viewing alone welcomed over 800 visitors that included industry leaders, friends and family, and members of the public.
