Health and Wellbeing
We understand that coming to University can be stressful as well as exciting. The pressures of academic life, being away from your family and financial demands can all cause difficulties.
The Health and Wellbeing section (part of the Student Wellbeing Group within the Department of Student Services and Administration) provides a number of services to help promote your wellbeing. These range from health advice and medical services to complementary therapies. There are confidential counselling/coaching services and stress workshops on offer.
Find out more about:
- National Health Service (NHS) provision;

We offer clinical placements for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.
