What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and peak performance. Nutritional therapy can identify potential nutritional imbalances and how these contribute to symptoms. We are all unique and nutritional therapy is focused on the individual, resulting in a tailor-made programme to suit the individual’s requirements and lifestyle.
How might it help me?
Some people simply want to check that they are on the right track with regard to healthy eating. Others may require more targeted guidance, such as pre-conceptual care or to augment immune function. Nutritional therapy can also be used to:
- support healthy blood sugar and energy levels;
- encourage healthy weight management;
- promote wellbeing within the pressures of a busy lifestyle;
- enhance the digestive function for optimal gastrointestinal health;
- optimise skin vitality;
- support natural detoxification and elimination pathways; and
- promote emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy booking information
In order to book an appointment, clients will need to complete a questionnaire and food diary, which can be sent electronically. Once completed, these should be sent to Imogen Daulby, 17 Vauxhall Grove, London, SW8 1SY, together with a deposit of £20 to secure a booking.
Initial consultation (1 hour): Using the questionnaire and food diary, Imogen will take a detailed history about past and present illnesses as well as current symptoms. Diet and lifestyle issues will also be discussed. An initial tailor-made programme of dietary and lifestyle changes will be recommended.
Follow-up sessions (45 minutes): This is generally four weeks after the initial consultation and is to assess progress, make any necessary changes and to see that the programme is as comfortable and effective as possible.
Further consultations will depend on individual needs.
