Archives and Special Collections
Welcome to Kingston University Archives and Special Collections.
October 2010
We are pleased to announce that Kingston University Archives and Special Collections are now open for researchers after our summer closure. The building project gave the Archives a new location within the LRC at our Penrhyn Road Campus, with greatly improved facilities for researchers and the collections. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space.
To make an appointment to view any records from the Archives please email archives@kingston.ac.uk. We ask for 24 hours notice of appointments.
What are Archives?
Archives consist of original documents and rare and irreplaceable books. The collections at Kingston University include books and documents relating to the author Iris Murdoch, theatre critic Sheridan Morley, the history of Kingston University and its predecessor bodies, and a number of other collections. More information about our collections.
You can search our catalogues online, via either our Archives Catalogue or our Library Catalogue (for books in special collections)
Kingston University Archives are open for use by all students, staff and visitors. If you would like to view any items in our collections please contact us to make an appointment.
