Update - 28 July
3rd floor
The third floor is now fully open and most of the computers have been reinstalled.
A few books are still in crates or on trolleys – please ask a member of staff for help if you are unable to find the books you require.
2nd floor
Redecoration and carpet laying are taking place this week and some books and journals will be inaccessible for a few days at a time. Please ask a member of staff for help if you are unable to find the books you require.
Building work continues to replace doors at the end of the second floor (near the OS Maps). Contractors will try to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
1st floor
The 1st floor will not be affected by this summer’s refurbishment and will remain accessible throughout.
Ground floor
The group study area has reopened and work has started on reinstalling the computers.
