SWan students
Kingston network login
When a SWan student from Royal Holloway or St George’s enrols onto a SWan course, information will be sent by the home institution to Kingston to create a record for that student on the Kingston student records system. Once this has been done, an email will be sent by Kingston to the student to give them their Kingston network username and tell them how to obtain their associated password. This Kingston network login information is the key to obtaining online access to Kingston resources.
StudentSpace

StudentSpace is Kingston’s student intranet and gives you a fast, easy way to find information and work online. StudentSpace provides everything you need to know about student life at Kingston – from nightclubs to library services.
You can also use StudentSpace as a virtual workspace. You'll be able to customise your MySite to include:
- favourite web links
- a useful calendar
- and to store your work
You can also access web based University services from your MySite in StudentSpace including:
- StudySpace (including Blackboard, the Virtual Learning Environment, and One Community, the Social Networking Environment)
- OSIS - Online Student Information System
- E-Resources (exceptions may apply)
