Your Library PIN
You need your Library PIN to borrow books from the LRC self-issue machines.
You can change your PIN if you bring your ID card to the LRC Help desks. Please note that LRC staff cannot see your current PIN, so if you have forgotten it, you will need to change it.
For security reasons, you are advised to choose a different PIN from those you are already using for your bank account or any other personal account. If you write down your PIN, please keep it separately from your Kingston University ID card.
Who to contact if you have forgotten/do not know your Library PIN
Please email library-pin@kingston.ac.uk with your full name and the number on your Kingston University ID card. Your PIN will be sent to you at your Kingston University email address within one working day.
For security reasons we regret that your PIN cannot be sent to you at any other email address and cannot be given to you by telephone.
