If you are having problems renewing an item
If you have any of the following, your record will be blocked and you will not be able to renew any items until the matter is resolved in person at the counter:
- an overdue item with a reservation placed on it
- an item more than a month overdue
- a charge that has been outstanding for more than a month
- a charge of more than £15.00
