Check on your reservations

To check on the status of your reservations, you can use the Reservations section of your account.

Go to My Account, from the Library catalogue, and type in all 8 digits of your ID number which is on your KU ID card, your 4 digit Library PIN and click on Login.

Then click on Reservations to see the status of your reservations:

  • ‘Awaiting Collection’ means the item is ready to be picked up from the counter at the site you chose when you placed the reservation
  • ‘Active’ means the item is not ready for collection
  • 'Uncollected' means the item was not collected within seven days and has either been returned to the shelf or gone to the next person in the reservation queue

You will be sent an email when the reservation is ready for collection. It will be kept at the counter for you for seven days. Please come to the counter with your KU ID card to collect it.
