If an item on loan to you is reserved or recalled
If you have an item on loan and another person would like to use it, they can place a reservation on it.
Once an item is reserved, you will not be able to renew it and will need to return it. You may receive a recall letter or email asking you to return the item as soon as possible. You are entitled to keep the item until the date it is due back.
When a reserved item becomes overdue your borrower account will be blocked until you return it. This means that you will not be able borrow anything or to renew any other items on loan to you.
Please check your borrower account regularly so that you can return reserved items in time.
