If you are having problems reserving an item
- Check that you have entered your borrower number and Library PIN correctly.
Your borrower number is the 8 digit number provided on your KU ID card. - Check if all the copies of the item are on loan.
If there is an item available at any of the sites you will not be able to place a reservation using the catalogue. To reserve an item which is available you will need to use a reservation slip. These can also be used if you cannot find the item you are looking for on the shelf. - Check if the item is listed on the catalogue as counter loan, project loan or reference only.
Counter loan, project loan and reference items cannot be reserved. You may book counter loan and project loan items by going to the lending counter. - Check if you have any problems with your account such as an outstanding fine or an overdue
reserved book.
