English language development programme
Our English language development programme offers free English language courses to current students throughout the academic year. Especially designed for international students, the courses cover:
- academic writing, communication and seminar skills;
- study skills and project work; and
- revision and exam techniques.
Classes focus on the English you need for your studies. They also build on developing your confidence and your general knowledge of the language and culture.
You can gain credit for your English language studies by selecting an English Language Skills course as part of the Kingston Language Scheme (KLS).
Study resources
All students have free access to our well-stocked language studio, which offers a range of CDs, audio-visual and printed language learning materials.
Individual and small group language tutorials are available.
