Students' Union
Kingston University Students' Union (KUSU) is a student-run organisation that provides support and entertainment throughout your time at Kingston.
Societies and sports clubs
KUSU run around 70 student societies. Whether it's socialism, Sikhism or Scandinavian culture, running a business, skateboarding or cooking – joining a society is a great way to meet other students who share your interests.
And if you can't find a society you like, you can always set up your own! KUSU also run around 30 sports clubs.
Freshers' Week
At the start of the year, KUSU organise Freshers' Week. This is a week of fun events where you can meet other students, join a society or two, and settle in to student life.
Help and advice
If you have any academic problems, KUSU can offer you independent help and support. Our Citizens Advice Bureau can advise you on non-academic matters.
