A new website is giving prospective students a chance to see exactly what lies in store when they enrol at Kingston University. Called Life at Kingston, the site was designed by four current students who took time out from their summer holidays to develop the content.
Launched last month, the final product offers an insight into what life at Kingston is really like outside the lecture theatre. The website gives the low-down on the best places to eat, shop and socialise and provides details of the facilities available both on campus and in the town itself.
The university’s UK marketing manager Anthony Allen said Life at Kingston aimed to provide a snapshot of Kingston especially for students thinking about applying for courses. “The great thing about the website is that it has been produced by students specifically for other students,” he said. “It definitely proves that the university has plenty to offer everyone.”
