Today there are a myriad of digital communications tools, platforms and channels (websites, email, ebooks, apps on tablets or smartphones) at our disposal, enabling businesses to connect with their target audience anytime, anywhere. The key to success is to know how to use this technology appropriately and to its maximum potential to deliver optimum results for your business – that is where good 'outcome-based' training comes into play.
There are nine courses available and they address a broad range of digital training needs across sectors and disciplines. On the more general end of the spectrum, you may need help assessing your company's digital content strategy – do you have one? Do you know how to create compelling content and make it work hard for you, maximising search engine optimisation (SEO) to ensure your message is seen by as many people as possible? Or, more specifically, you can learn about user-centred design which will help you understand how the transition to digital needs to be done in a way that engages and retains customer interest. Also available is the opportunity to explore the vast possibilities to connect with customers by learning how to turn printed communications or new material into engaging, interactive apps or ebooks.
