Law Postgraduate Diploma

After you graduate

The majority of Kingston Postgraduate Diploma in Law graduates go on to the Legal Practice Course (LPC) to be solicitors or the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) to be barristers.  For these students the promise of a place at the College of Law for Kingston graduates (who satisfy all the requirements of the professional bodies) is a big bonus. 

 

An alternative route, for some of our alumni, is to do Company Secretary’s exams, others go into consultancy, and a number return to business.  In recent years our graduates have included a film producer and a property developer and, despite very diverse fields, both have found their background knowledge of law extremely beneficial.
