Formerly a further education lecturer, Steve has worked at Kingston University since 2002 using primarily institutional data to investigate the transition of non-traditional students into higher education and their subsequent retention and progression through to graduation and employment. He also works with colleagues on other aspects of the student experience related to learning and teaching, including peer support and academic development.
Steve's current interests are in institutional planning and engagement with academic staff in working towards the development of policy and practice.
