Don't just take our word for it – here's what students say about what it's like to study at Kingston University.
Name: Yaara Ofir
Course: Art and Design History MA
I wanted to apply for an MA in art history here in London and Kingston seemed like a great choice. I liked that the programme is both art and design, because I'm always happy to study new fields (my BA was art and literature). Also, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when I came to visit and that's what 'sealed the deal' for me.
Seeing and hearing from successful women in high positions in the art and research world always gives me motivation to be best at what I do. Also, my family and particularly my Dad who always excels in everything he does.
I have so many paths I want to take and I'm really not sure what will be next for me. I am a teacher and I love it and will always want to work with children, but also I would like to continue researching in the art field and plan to do a PhD.

"Having been out of the education system for 12 years, it was with slight trepidation that I came to Kingston in September 2008 to do my masters degree. But I really had no need to worry. The course content has been fascinating - the guest lecturers enable us to experience a broad range of subjects to discuss and take further with our research. The staff are readily available, either in person or by email. I am looking forward to starting my dissertation... knowing that there will always be someone that I can contact to discuss ideas and research."
