Helen Ojibani

Name: Helen Ojigbani
Course: Corporate Communications MA

"I chose the Corporate Communications MA because I needed a course that would broaden my range of career options.

I needed a course that was all encompassing and corporate communications stood out as a perfect fit for my career path. At the time I did my research, I noticed Kingston University is the only university around London that offers corporate communications at a masters level. Secondly, Kingston Business School stood out as reputable and credible on the league tables. My time at Kingston University was both exciting and challenging. The first lecture I attended was on internal communications. The content and the manner of delivery were so excellent that I was convinced I was doing the right thing, at the right place. This conviction lasted through the opportunities to design communication plans and improve on presentation skills. The assessments were challenging but the 24-hour opening of the library was convenient.

The first session especially, was very intensive and kept us on our toes. This was good, however, as it gave us a good feel of the business world. I recommend Kingston's Corporate Communications MA because of its high level of teaching quality and the wide range of career options it offers. I left Kingston with the confidence to make a mark in the corporate communications sector."
