Corporate Communications MA: Attendance and timetables

When does teaching take place?

The programme is delivered on a full-time basis over one year, starting in September each year. You will be expected to attend scheduled sessions throughout the day (although not necessarily all day) between Monday and Friday.

September

The programme starts with Induction, which is designed to:

  • provide you with the opportunity to get to know other students and the lecturing staff;
  • introduce you to the subject areas you will be studying; and
  • familiarise you with the Kingston Business School facilities.

October to April

You will study eight modules, listed below. During this period you will also study the Research Methods module, in preparation for your dissertation.

  • Public Relations
  • The Internal Communication Environment
  • Cross-Cultural Management Communication
  • Managing Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development
  • Survey Analysis
  • Market Research

May to September

You will work in independent study on your dissertation, supported by your personal academic supervisor.
