Focus on research

Kingston Law School has a strong research reputation covering a range of topics, including criminal justice, dispute resolution and law and education. There are also three major clusters of activity in the Unit for Employment Law and Policy, the Centre for Insolvency Law and Policy, and the Jean Monnet Chair in European Law. Staff are at the forefront of their subject areas and have strong links with the Law Society and Institute of Legal Executives.
