Fashion & the Creative Economy MA: Facilities
More about our modern teaching environment
You will benefit from a wide range of facilities across the University. Given the integrated nature of this course, you may have to attend lectures, workshops and other sessions at different campuses, including the Penrhyn Road, Knights Park and Kingston Hill campuses. Some modules may involve attendance at events/seminars outside the University.
You will have access to a modern environment with the latest equipment, including the Learning Resource Centres. These offer:
- well-stocked specialist libraries;
- online database subscriptions; and
- other study materials.
You can also use the dedicated Graduate Centre on campus. This includes:
- IT facilities;
- seminar rooms; and
- social spaces and a canteen.
At the Kingston Hill campus, you will have use of the new £26 million Business School building which boasts a variety of modern teaching rooms, many dedicated solely for use by postgraduate students.
It also has plenty of break-out spaces for staff and students to learn together or read quietly and a light bright airy atrium with sofas and tables and chairs.
Resources in London
Kingston is just a 25-minute train journey away from central London. Here you can access a wealth of additional libraries and archives, including the British Library.
